【摘要】目的 : 探討品管圈在腔鏡手術管理中的應用效果與體會。方法: 將參與本次實驗研究的患者100例，隨機分為品管圈管理護理組（實驗組）和傳統護理組（對照組），各50例。通過比較兩組護理人員所負責的患者的滿意度、病房護理效果等數據來總結品管圈在護理質量管理中的實踐成效。結果:與傳統護理組比較，實驗組的患者護理效果（100%）、護理滿意度（90%）均高于對照組的護理效果（80%）和護理滿意度（70%），差異具有統計學意義（P <0.05）。結論: 品管圈在腔鏡手術中的護理管理，與傳統護理方式比較，護理效果佳，為手術的順利快捷完成提供有力的前提保障，同時也調動護理人員對患者護理工作的積極性，提高護理人員工作效率。
Quality control circle in nursing quality management, the application of endoscopy surgery
【 Abstract 】Objective :To study the quality control circle application in the management of endoscopy surgery effect and experience.Methods: Will participate in the practice of research personnel, 100 cases of patients, randomly assigned into two nursing unit, nursing quality control circles management group (experimental group) and 50 cases of traditional nursing group (control group) respectively.By comparing the two way of nursing staff was responsible for the satisfaction of the patients, ward management effects, such as data to conclude the qc circle in nursing quality management effectiveness in practice.Results: Compared with the traditional nursing group, patients nursing effect of nursing quality control circles management group (100%) patient satisfaction nursing activities (90%) were higher than the control group (80%) and the nursing effect of nursing satisfaction (70%), the difference is statistically significant (P < 0. O5).Conclusions: Qc circle in the nursing management in endoscopy surgery, compared with traditional nursing mode, nursing effect is good, fast and complete for the surgery provide strong guarantee, the premise of also arouse the enthusiasm of nurses nursing on the patients, improve the efficiency of nursing work.
